Assistant Center Directors at The Learning Experience partner with the Center Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of the center while being responsible for the financial and operational performance of the Center. As the Assistant Center Director at The Learning Experience, You Will:
Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people.
Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
Maintains physical and electronic filing systems for student and family records with accuracy and in compliance with TLE operating procedures following local and state regulations
Drive financial performance and consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations.
Manage accounts receivable and payable.
Engage leads and prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program.
Organize and execute brand campaigns and community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
Manages budgets and center inventory: office supplies, food, curriculum, staff recognition items, etc.
Manages vendor relationships including facility maintenance and technology support
Effectively uses social media channels and other media for parent engagement and retention
Apply Now If You:
2+ years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required).
Ability to leverage data to understand the business and make decisions
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must have or be willing to complete 45 hours of required DCF childcare training
Willingness to obtain Child Development Associate/Staff Credential and Florida Directors Credential
Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
