Responsibilities: • Assist with oversight of facility maintenance and repair • Manage tenant relations and tenant collections • Oversee project management and daily operations of buildings • Maintain all necessary files and execute routine inspections • Follow up on maintenance programs and recommend issuance of work orders • Review vendor experience and requirements to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual obligations • Assist in formal reporting to property owners on the state of their properties • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs • Bookkeeping Qualifications: • Ability to maintain accurate records • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites • Competency in business writing • Calm and even-handed demeanor • Good transportation and willingness to visit properties throughout the Tampa Bay Area • Understanding of preventive maintenance programs Prefer at least one year of property management experience (residential or commercial) or at least two of the following: • Collections • Building mechanical or construction trade experience • Commercial insurance • Building and zoning codes • Bookkeeping • Commercial real estate • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Compensation: $21 - $25 hourly
