  • Responsibilities

    Our company is in need of a hardworking full-time Assistant Construction Superintendent! Responsibilities: This position is to assist the superintendent with all projects. Driving to certain jobsites may be required on some occasions. • Coordinate and facilitate project activities and deliverables • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met • Support technical writing tasks such as creating project documentation and reports • Assist with the permit process for jobs • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes • Coordinate locate request for each job on a monthly basis • Communicate with foreman regarding their material needs • Coordinate movement of equipment to jobsites, keep record of all equipment locations Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is required • Possess a clean driving record and valid driver’s license • History of professionalism, being a team player, adhering to project schedules, regular attendance at work, and a strong work ethic Requirements: • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively • Bilingual required (English and Spanish) • Some construction knowledge preferred Compensation: $48,000 - $54,000
