Job Title: Assistant Plant Controller
Location: Hendersonville, TN
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Plant Controller in financial reporting and analysis for the plant.
• Drive process improvements to optimize plant operations and enhance profitability.
• Manage and maintain cost accounting systems to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial close activities.
• Collaborate with the plant accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Excel—advanced skills are a must!
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Adaptability—ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
• Knowledge of Cost Accounting principles and practices.
