We are looking for a highly skilled assistant Controller to perform a variety of accounting and finance related activities. The candidate would ideally have prior experience working in an industrial manufacturing or service environment and is a hands-on finance leader. Key responsibilities range from supervising business transactions to maintaining accurate general ledgers of business activities and financial results.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounting across all Fox companies under the supervision of the Controller
• Managing the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing process.
• Managing and supervising daily accounting activities and accounting team (AR, AP, bank reconciliations, accounting entries)
• Collaborate with controller to prepare monthly financial statements and KPIs
• Managing tax compliance
• Continuing the development of internal controls and policies
• Assistance with budgeting and forecasting process.
• Routine financial reporting and analysis in coordination with FP&A
• Support ad-hoc requests
• Additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Accounting Degree required
• CPA a plus
• 10+ years experience, prior manufacturing or construction accounting experience
• Experience with Odoo ERP a plus
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls
• Strong computer skills - proficient in Excel, \Word, Power Point; comfortable working with ERP systems
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
• Good communication skills, ability to interact effectively with other departments
