    Job Description

    Summary

    The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager supports the digital marketing team executing across email, web, and app for all Aspen One brands. This position supports digital content management, website updates, marketing automation, segment management, platform administration needs, email campaigns, and seasonal turnover initiatives. This role is focused on elevating the digital customer experience to drive bookings, increase incremental spend, and optimize user journey flows. This position reports to the Director of Digital Marketing.

    The budgeted salary range for this position is $58,656- $73,320. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Assist in email marketing campaign creation and execution across all Aspen One Brands (Aspen Snowmass, The Little Nell, Limelight Hotels, Ajax Downtown, Aspen Ventures),
    • Manage web requests intake form; assist with content updates across all Aspen One website’s on multiple platforms (Sitecore, WordPress, BentoBox, Shopify)
    • Build and deploy segments within the Customer Data Platform (CDP) across digital channels, leveraging new Martech (marketing technology) capabilities to increase revenue and optimize paid media spend across Aspen One
    • Collaborate with the team to implement SEO strategies and ensure content is optimized for search engines
    • Submit development tickets as needed; assist in grooming maintenance backlog and testing new components post-deployment
    • Assist in building out mobile communication strategy, including short message service (SMS) and app push notifications
    • Support customer journey building across all Aspen One brands
    • Align with content team to enforce adherence to content strategy across digital touchpoints, including brand guidelines
    • Work with creative teams to coordinate photo and video asset needs for website and app
    • Work with business unite marketing teams to support Google My Business listings and optimize for search engine optimization (SEO)
    • Write, edit, and proof website, email, and app content as needed
    • Analyze guest behavior, demographics, and products to extract and report on actionable insights to adjust communications and strategies accordingly

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree with preferred emphasis in digital marketing
    • 1-3 years of experience with digital marketing, ideally in travel, hospitality, or retail
    • 1-3 years of experience interfacing with technology and product teams

    **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities **

    • Proficient knowledge with enterprise email or marketing automation platforms; Braze experience preferred
    • Proficient knowledge with multiple content management systems; Sitecore and WordPress preferred
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, especially email marketing and website management
    • Experience with segmentation and list building in customer relationship management (CRM) or CDP
    • Ability to work collaboratively & effectively with cross-functional leaders and their teams
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Additional Information

    Work Environment and Physical Demands

    • Ability to stand, type and sit at desk/computer for most of the work shift executing repetitive movements
    • No adverse or hazardous conditions
    • Not required, but preferred to be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)
