Must have 3-5 years experience in an Early Childhood Center, be CPR & 1st Aide Certified, have a flexible schedule that will include both opening and closing of the center, and willing to obtain all classes need to be considered for this position.
Applicant must be able to pass all background checks in accordance with State and Local agencies.
Effectively resolves problems related to the management of the center.
Seeks assistance from the Director and/or Owner when appropriate.
Must be able to react quickly with sound judgment and problem-solving skills in complex and critical situations, such as injuries and accidents.
Must use excellent verbal and written communication skills with parents, children, and staff.
Must be capable of lifting, carrying, and holding children in accordance with local state requirements.
Plans work schedules and supervises staff.
Keeps fully apprised of all activities in the school.
Prepares and forwards reports and forms required by the Learning Academy, NE DHHS, LLCHD, Step Up to Quality and other partners.
