Kids R Kids is growing and adding to our talented team. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Director.
Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a licensed childcare center with more than 100 children. Degree in Early Childhood Education, or related field required. Punctuality and flexibility a plus. Schedules and manages staff to maintain high levels of learning and motivation. Manages technology and social media according to state laws, state licensing regulations. Thorough knowledge of Childcare licensing rules and regulations. Communicates appropriately with parents, staff, and children on a regular basis, while respecting their confidentially. Ensure the facility is a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children to learn and in-compliance with Texas licensing standards and NAEYC quality standards.
