Responsibilities: • Develop and implement nursing care plans for hospice patients in coordination with the interdisciplinary team • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to hospice care • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to maintain high-quality patient care standards • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize patient care and treatment plans • Oversee and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing protocols and procedures to enhance patient outcomes Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing, with at least 2 years in hospice care • Active RN license in the state of Texas • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficient in electronic health records systems Competencies: • US Work Authorization Compensation: $85,000 - $140,000 yearly
