The Goddard School located in Burlington Township, NJ is looking for a motivated self-starter for a Co-Director position at our school. A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, and at least 2 years of management experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool is required. A candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and have a good understanding of age appropriate activities for young children.

The candidate for this position has a strong leadership skills, is an excellent communicator, and can motivate and inspire others. The position responsibilities include:

Supporting the center management (Director and Owner) in overseeing preschool operations including lesson planning, enrichment activities, quality assurance, and facility operations

Developing strong relationships with our staff, children, and families

Complying with state childcare licensing regulations

Projecting a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education
