    The Assistant Director and Education Coach will manage and oversee aspects of teacher supervision, health and safety, meals, enrollment, compliance, staffing, and training as an admin team member.

    Our ideal candidate has:

    A strong commitment and ability to building positive relationships with students, staff, families and the community.

    Strong leadership qualities and classroom management skills.

    A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Education Management or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.

    At least 3 years’ admin experience in a large group EEC licensed program.

    Holds EEC Director qualifications for Group Child Care, CPR & First Aid Certified

    Excellent Organization skills, Time Management, Self-Motivated and Goal Driven,

    Strong background in state licensing regulations.

    Demonstrated responsibilities in overseeing school operations and events.

    Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

    Operating parent communication tools (ex. Procare).

    Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
