    About the Opportunity

    We are seeking an Assistant Director who would be responsible for building strong, positive, trustworthy, relationships with all stakeholders and assisting the School Director in the implementation of all policies, systems, and curriculum to achieve the School’s vision and mission.

    Specific Responsibilities

    Build strong, positive, trustworthy relationships with all stakeholders (students, faculty, parents, and the leadership team).

    Assist in mentoring and coaching faculty to ensure a positive, inspiring, safe, intentional, fun learning environment.

    Assistant in interviewing and onboarding new faculty.

    Observe and support children and partner with families to ensure a productive learning and growing experience.

    Support the implementation of the Wonder of Learning Curriculum, School specific curriculums and Goddard Q.A. Health and Safety Standards.

    Support the implementation of policies, systems, and curriculum to achieve the school’s vision and mission.

    Support the daily operation of the school.

    Work in close collaboration with the owner and the leadership team.

    Other duties as assigned by the director.

    Requirement

    GED Required Early Childhood Experience Required

    Associates degree or ECE certification preferred

    Salary Range - $45k - $65k
