We are seeking an Assistant Director / Curriculum Director to partner with our Preschool Director in creating a safe and nurturing learning environment at our center.     Core duties of our new team member include the following:

    Oversee the curriculum and program implementation : Assistant Directors/ Curriculum Directors work closely with the center’s teachers and staff, creating learning plans or programs to meet state and federal requirements and parent’s expectations.

    Oversee staff: Staff management is probably the most important task of a Child Care Director - and our Assistant Directors play a major role in this as well. You will interview, hire and train staff, making sure that all background and fingerprint checks have been conducted.

    Manage facilities: That includes checking that safety equipment is available and working, removing hazards and ensuring the facility is always clean and orderly.

    Market the facility: Join our Community Events, oversee the Social Media posts and seek opportunities to grow the excitement about our facility.

    Tour prospective families: An Assistant Director/ Curriculum Director will meet with parents seeking childcare and speak about the program, team members and what makes our center the best childcare option in the area.
