Here at The Learning Experience in Brownsburg, IN we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant Director at our new center! We strive to make early education joyful, engaging, and fun so children are happy to learn, play, and grow! As an Assistant Director, you’d play an integral part in this!

Responsibilities:

Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Building a rapport with families and ensuring inclusivity

Ensure files and all paperwork are compliant with all necessary standards.

Ensuring adherence to health and safety operating procedures inclusive of state licensing regulations

Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning. Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience at TLE.

Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program.

Requirements

Have a minimum of 6 months in center management/leadership experience/ daycare experience (required)

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) (preferred) or Associates Degree (required)
