  • Responsibilities

    Assistant Director of Admissions must understand Primrose Schools core values, beliefs, and have a passion for helping improve the well-being of children. The Assistant Director must be skilled in sales, organization, and communication with both children and adults to meet the needs of the children, effectively enroll families, and assist with school administration. This position reports directly to the Program Director.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Be the face of Primrose School of Liberty for prospects and new families.

    Manage all aspects of recruiting new staff members.

    Follow-up with prospective leads with 24-48 hours of inquiry request submission.

    Schedule tours with prospective families and execute the tours when they do visit our school. After families have toured the school, follow-up within 72 hours.

    Complete new family orientations with newly enrolled families in which you review school policies, classroom procedures, and state licensing paperwork.

    Recruitment outreach with applicants. Complete phone screening, interview, and contact professional references.

    Manage school enrollment layout and waitlist for future months/years.

    Manage marketing for Primrose School of Liberty Facebook and Instagram.

    Create child files for new students and ensure that all paperwork is turned in, and complete by the start date.

    Maintain assessments of weekly leads and track progress of inquiring families.

    Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. This includes but is not limited to the ability to lift, squat, sit, stand, bend and reach.

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

    Expert level skills in sales, organization, adaptability, and being a team player.

    Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.

    High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.

    Knowledge and understanding of child development. (Preferred)

    Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.

    Must clear full background check and must pass health screening.
