Responsibilities:

• Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing long-term care, skilled nursing, and assisted living clinical operations
• Mentor and lead nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations specific to senior care
• Implement and improve policies to enhance patient outcomes and staff efficiency
• Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating nursing team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Minnesota RN license
• Supervisory experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, transitional care, memory care, mental health, or assisted living
• Passion for Senior Care and a commitment to excellence in patient outcomes
