| Summary: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Therapy and Autism and Support Services programs under the direction of the Sr. Director of Therapy. Supports staff and develops systems to ensure high-quality assessments, clinical intervention, and resources for children and families. Provides direct therapeutic services as dictated by professional standards and governing body. | Qualifications: Education: Master's Degree or greater in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. OR Master's Degree or greater in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program. OR Master's Degree or more significant in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Required Experience: At least three years' experience as a licensed therapist in occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, or physical therapy. A minimum of three years experience supervising colleagues . Have a working knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Experience: Experience working with children and adults with Autism Knowledge of service delivery within outpatient, daycare, and school settings Knowledge of billing and revenue cycle management Knowledge of group and individual credentialing FLSA Status: Exempt | Required Credentials: Current Florida Department of Health License (or license eligible). CPR Certification/First Aid/Bloodborne Pathogens/HIV/Aids/Medical Errors, mandatory (training available). Valid Florida Class D driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
