  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist in daily setup of locker rooms and equipment work areas, ensuring the highest standard of organization and cleanliness in all team spaces.
    • Distribution of all uniforms, training kits, and on-field equipment to properly outfit the team for all training sessions, match days, and travel.
    • Assist in planning and transportation of equipment for home and away matches, including packing, loading, and unloading equipment into team vehicles
    • Oversee proper stocking, organization, and accessibility of team gear.
    • Providing support in inventory management and re-ordering of supplies and equipment as needed.
    • Support in pressing and managing all team kits and travel apparel in adherence with club and league guidelines
    • Ensure quality and appearance of all team issued gear.
    • Daily laundry including receiving, washing, and distributing of gear.
    • Assist coaching staff in field setup and breakdown for practices and matches as needed.
    • Attend training camps, practices, and matches as needed during the course of the season.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years experience working in equipment, operations, logistics, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in professional or collegiate sports preferred
    • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
    • Proactive problem-solving skills and an ability to maintain a high standard for daily tasks and projects
    • Enthusiastic and eager to operate as part of a team
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office preferred
    • Spanish or Portuguese proficiency preferred
