We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Event Coordinator to join our Los Angeles team. This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, ensuring every detail contributes to a seamless experience.
Salary :$19.50 - $30.25 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing events, including conferences, meetings, and company gatherings.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to confirm bookings and arrangements.
- Support the creation and distribution of event-related materials such as schedules and invitations.
- Manage on-site logistics during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain event budgets.
- Maintain detailed records and reports of events, including post-event evaluations.
- Communicate with attendees and provide assistance with event-related inquiries.
