    Job Description

    We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Event Coordinator to join our Los Angeles team. This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, ensuring every detail contributes to a seamless experience.

    Salary :$19.50 - $30.25 per hour

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in planning and organizing events, including conferences, meetings, and company gatherings.
    • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to confirm bookings and arrangements.
    • Support the creation and distribution of event-related materials such as schedules and invitations.
    • Manage on-site logistics during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain event budgets.
    • Maintain detailed records and reports of events, including post-event evaluations.
    • Communicate with attendees and provide assistance with event-related inquiries.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
