If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're seeking a highly organized and dependable Personal and Runner Assistant to join our $100 million Residential Real Estate Team in Orange County. Job Overview: As a Personal and Runner Assistant, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero, supporting our busy professionals in managing their personal and professional lives. Your days will be filled with diverse tasks, from personal shopping and running errands to coordinating events, maintaining schedules, and handling administrative duties, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities: • Errand Extraordinaire: You'll handle a wide range of errands, from grocery shopping to dropping off packages, making life easier for our team. • Calendar Maestro: Maintain schedules, set reminders, and help prioritize tasks, ensuring our team stays on track. • Organization Guru: Keep our spaces tidy and organized, whether it's the office, inventory storage unit or personal spaces. • Open House Manager: Install open house signs, and set up and oversee open house events from start to finish, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. • Event Coordinator: Help plan and coordinate client events, meetings, and gatherings, from booking venues and ordering food to delivering invitations. • Database Dynamo: Masterfully maintain and update our database, making sure that our information remains accurate and our interactions are well-documented. • Administrative Ace: Follow checklists and provide essential support by efficiently handling administrative tasks that contribute to our smooth operations. • Research Whiz: Conduct online research and gather information on various topics as needed. Qualifications: • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in basic computer applications. • Reliable transportation with insurance and a valid driver's license. • Preferably live within 15 minutes of the Irvine/Newport area. • A strong aptitude for rapid learning and adaptability. • A can-do attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges. • Available to work weekends. Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour DOE
