    About the Role

    Reboot Staff is seeking an organized and energetic Assistant Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of events in Greensboro, NC. This role focuses on logistical coordination, vendor management, and ensuring the success of events while providing exceptional client service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Event Preparation : Assist in organizing and coordinating all aspects of events, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
    • Vendor Coordination : Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to confirm bookings, deliveries, and services.
    • On-Site Support : Provide hands-on assistance during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing issues as they arise.
    • Client Interaction : Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
    • Documentation : Maintain accurate records of event details, including contracts, invoices, and schedules.
    • Team Collaboration : Work closely with the Event Coordinator and other team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
