    Job Description

    The Assistant Event Coordinator will support the planning, organization, and execution of various events, including product launches, corporate gatherings, and brand activations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for event planning, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences.

    Job: On site - Hoover, AL

    Pay Range: $21.50 - $31.00 hourly

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the planning and execution of various events such as conferences, weddings, and corporate functions.
    • Coordinate with vendors, including caterers, decorators, and audio-visual technicians, to ensure all event needs are met.
    • Manage event registrations and maintain attendee lists to ensure accurate records and communication.
    • Assist with on-site event setups, including arranging seating, signage, and decoration as required.
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and event participants throughout the planning process and during the event.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle last-minute changes effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event planning software is a plus.
