Pediatric Emergency Medicine Assistant Medical Director opportunity in Austin, TX

Outstanding opportunity for a Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) physician to step into a leadership role as Assistant Facility Medical Director at our Hospital located in Austin, Texas. Excellent specialty back up is available, including pediatric surgery, neurology, urology, ENT and gastroenterology to name a few.

This Level 4 Trauma Center has 10 ED beds and an annual volume of approximately 29k. This is a separate emergency department, medical-surgical inpatient unit and pediatric intensive care unit for children ages 17 and under. We are staffed with PEM certified physicians, pediatric hospitalists, advanced practice clinicians, intensivists and other specialists specifically trained to care for children. We also have pediatric radiologists with capability for a multitude of interventional services.
