Requirements
2-5 years of leadership experience leading teams of 10+ team members and trainers
Strong sense of personal accountability and desire for development
Available to work flexible work schedules
Familiarity with talent management process
Able to effectively communicate with team members and customers
Capable of creating a feeling of energy and excitement to foster engaging culture
Desire to meet key company objectives

In addition to hourly pay, AGMs can potentially earn up to $550/month in bonus pay (performance-based KPIs)
Total annual compensation potential: $48K - $52K
