Responsibilities: • Maintain control of the day-to-day operations and execution alongside General Manager. • Ensure proper hiring and training programs are in place for all job roles. Train managers on proper protocol to execute hiring, onboarding and training. • Assist in the hiring, training and coaching of new entry level managers. Assist with pre-screening candidates as well as reference checks. • Supervise weekly schedules and staffing pars to ensure a smooth business flow based on weather, private events, internal activations and happenings around downtown. • Assist with building maintenance, repairs, deep cleaning, furniture upkeep, etc. • Complete bi-weekly walkthroughs and delegate necessary deep cleaning tasks to the team. • Assist with weekly payroll, double-checking daily financials, tips and employees' punches. • Take point on staff incentives and employee appreciation programs. • Be a model and resource to staff for pushing Avanti activations and promotions. • Hold employees accountable in all positions to company service standards and policies. • Assist with monthly planning and forecasting of supplies, labor and activations. • Assist with the turnover of new restaurant concepts. Scheduling outside vendors and staff tastings. • Act as a leader and asset to Assistant Manager team, set the expectations/standards and grow knowledgeable in their departments and administrative responsibilities. • Assist in the implementation and communication of new protocols and SOP’s. • Assist in the implementation of seasonal menu changes. Be involved in creation of cocktails, including visits to Alchemy room and onsite R&D. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience working in a hospitality leadership role • Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service • Must possess patience and poise in stressful situations • Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and some holidays • Must approach leadership as a support position, and always be considerate of the needs of the team • Must be able to stand as well as lean, twist, bend, stoop and walk as part of the job for extended periods of time • Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. repetitively, 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally Compensation: $68,000 - $72,000
