    Your Role

    As an Assistant General Manager at our distinguished venue, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and hospitality. Your leadership and business acumen will be essential in driving the financial success of our establishments and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Collaborating with the General Manager on constantly growing and evolving our business while creating repeat guests. Ensuring that the guests are leaving happy while beating their expectations.

    What You'll Do

    Lead a team of dedicated professionals, including front-of-house staff, kitchen staff, and administrative personnel, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

    Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction by personally engaging with guests, resolving any issues, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience from start to finish.

    Assist with all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, ordering, coordinating with the catering manager with caterings, and development to maintain a high-performing team.

    Implement and enforce high operational standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food quality guidelines, and sanitation procedures.

    Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability, including monitoring food and beverage costs, labor expenses, and overall budget.

    Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and maintain an innovative and seasonally inspired menu, ensuring consistently exceptional dining experiences.

    Establish and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and vendors, ensuring the highest quality ingredients are sourced while negotiating favorable terms.

    Help develop, maintain, and evolve the beverage program. While also assisting in coming up with drink specials.

    Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and drive repeat business, utilizing both traditional and digital channels.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

    Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights on performance, financials, and operational metrics

    Qualifications

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

    Proven track record of successfully managing within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining.

    Exceptional leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

    Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and cost control.

    Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

    Passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.

    Knowledge of industry trends, culinary innovations, and local market dynamics.

    Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
