KidStrong is on a mission to help kids win at life. We empower children to become strong, confident, and resilient through a science-backed training program that blends physical, mental, and character development.

We’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy Assistant General Manager (AGM) who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You’ll support the General Manager in leading our team, driving membership growth, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is not a desk job—this is an in-the-trenches leadership role where you coach, connect, and execute every single day.

    PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF:

You don’t love talking to people or selling a product you believe in.

You wait to be told what to do instead of taking initiative.

You’re not a team player or don’t enjoy supporting others.

You lack energy, enthusiasm, or a sense of humor.

You think managing is telling people what to do (instead of leading by example).

You cringe when you hear the words “Average Sucks.”

    WHAT YOU’LL OWN:

    1. Grow the Business

Help execute sales and outreach strategies to drive membership growth.

Engage parents and local businesses to attract new leads and build community awareness.

    1. Lead an All-Star Team

Support in hiring, training, and motivating coaches and front desk staff.

Coach 5–10 classes per week to lead from the front and maintain standards.

Foster a culture of high performance, positivity, and fun.

    1. Create an Unmatched Member Experience

Build deep relationships with parents and kids.

Ensure every class delivers energy, value, and impact.

Handle feedback and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.

    1. Execute with Excellence

Support day-to-day operations, scheduling, payroll, and SOPs.

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-run facility.

Ensure safety and company protocols are followed at all times.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:

Are passionate about helping kids grow in confidence and strength.

Have sales and customer service experience—comfortable handling objections and closing deals.

Think and act like a leader—set the tone and lead by example.

Thrive in fast-moving environments and love turning challenges into action.

    BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

1–3 years in fitness, kids programs, hospitality, or high-touch service environments.

Previous experience coaching or working with children.

Proven track record in a sales-driven role.

    WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE:

Make an Impact: Help kids develop skills that shape their future.

Grow as a Leader: Clear path to a General Manager or higher leadership role.

No Boring Days: High-energy, high-purpose environment where your work matters.

Great Perks: Competitive pay, bonuses, and free KidStrong membership.

READY TO LEAD FROM THE FRONT?

If you're the type of person who walks into a room and brings it to life, who thrives in challenges, and who lives for purpose and progress—we want to hear from you.
