Assistant General Manager Location: Little Miss Ha Vietnamese Restaurant

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our team. The AGM will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and support our team in maintaining the high standards that define Little Miss Ha.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
Uphold and promote a culture of excellence in guest service, ensuring all team members provide an exceptional dining experience.
Monitor and maintain quality standards in food, beverages, and service.
Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control to meet financial targets.
Address guest feedback promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for growth, including marketing initiatives and community engagement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) during assigned shifts, taking ownership of the restaurant's performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of Vietnamese cuisine and culture is a plus.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
