As the Assistant General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring profitability, quality, customer satisfaction, and employee development. You will also play a key role in creating a positive work environment and upholding Papa John’s values and culture. In the absence of the General Manager, you will assume leadership responsibilities to ensure the continued success of the restaurant. Responsibilities: • Maintain a clean, well-organized workspace that meets both company standards and customer expectations. • Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing guidance, coaching, and support. • Ensure adherence to food safety standards and uphold quality control across the restaurant. • Supervise all restaurant staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. • Collaborate with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to achieve business goals. Qualifications: • Willingness to be considered for a General Manager position if one becomes available nearby. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings. • Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role is preferred. • Completion of Papa John’s Manager Development Program through our in-house training platform. Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour
