    Assistant General Manager Position Description: Following at 60-day training period on all-things-Crumbl, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day teams of Shift Leads, Mixers, and Bakers in exceeding Crumbl's already high minimum standards of excellence in Quality, Customer Service, and Cleanliness. This position is roughly 85% "on the floor" and customer-facing, with the shifts you work part of the required needs for production, sales, and training of others. You will participate in meetings, take on tasks in support of the General Manager, and be supported in learning new things, and encouraged to advance your career with us.

    Responsibilities Following Training Period:

    Perform as Manager on Duty during scheduled on-floor shifts in charge of all operations and as front line in resolving customer service issues and tasking/managing crew members to their assigned roles

    Lead and monitor the performance of the team of Shift Leads as your direct reports

    Lead training curriculum of new hires and staff working on advanced training categories

    Mentor and train team members on The Crumbl Way

    Coordinate and manage dough production plans and baking schedules

    Assist General Manager with staff scheduling

    Monitor required store Opening & Closing procedures when scheduled, including use of app for checklists and cookie inventory and waste reporting

    Participate with full management team in developing and nurturing a strong and inclusive culture of integrity, responsibility and excellence

    Minimum Requirements:

    Previous retail/food service leadership experience

    Availability to work some, but not all, weekend shifts (Friday night and Saturdays) - we're closed on Sundays

    Availability to open or close store when necessary (see hours below)

    Willingness to attend occasional off-site sales events outside of our store

    Completion of Food Handlers certificate before hire date

    Completion of all internal training certifications within 90 days of hire

    Obtain ServeSafe or equivalent within 90 days (we reimburse fee 50% of class cost)

    Comfortable with Smart Phone Apps, Spreadsheets, Email and Online Calendars

    Fluent in English with basic Spanish (ideally fluent in both English and Spanish)

    *Includes Guarantee Tip Minimum

    This role includes TIP SHARING, with a guarantee of at least $3.00 per hour on top of your base hourly pay rate. Tip sharing is NOT capped, so when they go over the minimum guarantee per hour, you earn that too. The minimum guaranteed tip amount is subject to change every calendar quarter

    Shift Options:

    Store hours are Monday - Saturday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. We are closed Sundays!

    Opening or Closing shifts begin as early as 6:00 a.m. and as late as 11:00 p.m.

    Flexible scheduling is offered (within our minimum requirements)

    Overnight options occasionally available when fresh dough production demands are higher than normal
