Position Overview: The Assistant Head of School, Development works closely with the Head of School, the senior leadership team, and the Board of Trustees to provide leadership for the development program as it builds a strong culture of philanthropy and strengthens the school’s external relations. The primary goal of the position is to design giving programs that attract maximum support for the institution. This full-time, 12-month administrative position reports to the Head of School.

This is a twelve-month position starting July 1, 2025 with full benefits. While the Assistant Head of School, Development is not expected to be on campus daily, weekly travel to Hoboken is required. We do not provide relocation assistance.
