We are committed to providing our guests with a great dining experience, and we are looking for a talented and motivated Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team. Must have weekend and evening availability.

Responsibilities

Assist the Kitchen Manager in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating

Train and supervise kitchen staff

Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed

Assist in managing food costs and inventory

Assist with ordering food supplies and kitchen materials

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a kitchen management role

Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures

Ability to train and supervise staff

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus if you have prepared food / catered before
