Operate all equipment. Stock Ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler. Prepare products. Receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders. Clean equipment and facility continuously. Deliver product by car and then to door of customer. Responsible for food and product accuracy and inventory accountability. Responsible for labor accountablity and employee productivity. Responsible for all cash handling and accuracy. Responsible for coaching and training all employees in all areas.
