Key Responsibilities:

As Assistant Automotive Service Manager, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation. Your duties include:

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service for all their vehicle needs

Phone Management & Scheduling: Handle calls and manage appointments with a professional attitude

Vehicle Inspections & Pricing: Oversee inspections and discuss pricing estimates with customers, promoting service specials

Basic Maintenance & Tire Service: Support oil changes, tire service, and basic maintenance as needed

Inventory Control: Maintain and track inventory for efficient operations

Facility Management: Ensure the shop is organized and clean

Store Operations: Help manage all store operations and processes to meet goals

Team Leadership: Motivate and support the team to uphold high standards

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of automotive repair experience with service writing skills

A strong commitment to customer service and clear communication

Proven leadership and team-building abilities

Highly organized and process-oriented with a goal-focused mindset

Computer proficiency for scheduling, estimating, and customer communications

Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Valid driver’s license
