As the original dance empowerment studio, our mission is to uplift students holistically, helping them grow through dance while empowering their bodies, minds, and hearts. Position Overview: We’re seeking a Company Leader—a dynamic role that blends administrative support with teaching responsibilities. We’re also seeking assistant dance teachers and choreographers to co-teach classes for ages 2-18 in styles such as Ballet, Hip Hop, and Musical Theatre/Jazz. Responsibilities: • Support class check-ins, address parent inquiries, and handle merchandise orders efficiently. • Monitor and respond to texts and emails throughout the day, prioritizing responses as time allows between other tasks. (Please refer to the video guide on managing emails.) • Maintain studio tidiness during classes by attending to any trash, spills, or other minor clean-up needs as they arise. • View and execute daily tasks provided by upper management. • Assist teachers in and out of the studio. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in a managerial role. • Strong organizational skills. • Excellent communication abilities. • Teaching/classroom and traditional dance experience. • Customer service-oriented attitude. • Preferred prior studio management experience. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
