  • Responsibilities

    General Summary:
    Performs system monitoring and analysis support for the detection of cyber incidents and provides recommendations on how to correct findings.

    *Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

    • Assists with 3D modeling and design for custom tooling for penetration testing.
    • Implements security best practices to protect proprietary designs and intellectual property in manufacturing environments.
    • Develops and enforces protocols to safeguard digital blueprints, 3D models, and design files from unauthorized access.
    • Manages and secures Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as JobBoss2, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards.
    • Conducts security audits and risk assessments to protect customer and company data.
    • Implements encryption, authentication protocols, and secure workflows to safeguard sensitive business information.
    • Ensures secure handling of digital flat pattern DXF files and customer data in laser software.
    • Leads security-focused product design initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry cybersecurity standards.
    • Develops secure digital workflows to prevent unauthorized modifications or data breaches.
    • Conducts security awareness training at conventions and internal company meetings to educate stakeholders on digital design security.
    • Works with CAD, CNC programming, and laser cutting systems while maintaining cybersecurity best practices.

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Minimum of 3 related certifications may be used in place of related academic field.
    • Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance; US citizenship required.
    • Must be able to obtain/maintain Security + or equivalent certification within 6 months of hire.
    • Experience with industrial design and 3D modeling.
    • Experience in cybersecurity, secure digital design, or ERP system security.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SolidWorks, and CAD software with a focus on security best practices.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to conduct training and educate teams on digital security measures

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements.
    • Experience with JobBoss2
    • Knowledge of secure product development and digital systems protection..
    • Expertise with 3D modeling software such as Fusion 360.

    • Ability to operate a 10-key adding machine.
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
