    Your initial pay as an Assistant Manager Trainee will depend on your experience, skill sets, and education levels but most individuals start at $ 12 hour (monthly salaries of $31,000) plus a monthly bonus based on 20% of net store profits. Other benefits can include company sponsored insurance plans, paid time off, a 1 week paid corporate training program in Champaign, Illinois, flexible schedules, and many more perks.

    Following successful completion of the training period , you can become a General Store Manager where you will enjoy a fixed annual salary of $35,000 to $45,000 along with a $100 to $300 monthly bonus depending on the economic success of your store, In addition, if store goals are met, you will have a company paid insurance plan, paid vacation and time off with pay, holiday pay, and potential ownership of the store. General Managers could also earn store ownership and shares in Freaky Fast 1. Inc.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    Must be able to read and write and communicate in English.

    Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, standing and moving about the unit the entire workday.

    Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

    Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.

    Must have the stamina to work a minimum of 50-60 hours a week.

    Special Requirements:

    Willing to work overtime, holidays, weekends as business dictates.

    Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.

    Ability to handle and resolve customer threats and issues.

    Ability to handle and resolve employee issues.

    Skills to use a personal computer and various software packages (Word/Excel).

    Ability to handle stress and high-volume operations.
