ASSISTANT MANAGER - with focus on Events, Catering and Social Media Management

Job Summary: As an Assistant Manager, besides working in the juice bar, you will take a leading role in managing off-site events, catering operations, and social media marketing while supporting in-store operations as needed. You will be responsible for planning and executing events such as farmers markets, sports games, and catering facilitation, ensuring seamless experiences for our customers and partners. You will also drive brand awareness through social media marketing, engaging with our audience, and promoting our products and mission. A valid driver’s license is required for event transportation. Food service management experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Event & Catering Management:

Plan, organize, and execute off-site events such as farmers markets, sports games, and other local events to promote the brand.

Coordinate catering operations, including order management, logistics, and customer communication.

Transport and set up event materials and products while ensuring smooth execution.

Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, event organizers, and community groups to drive brand exposure.

Track event performance, customer feedback, and sales to refine strategies for future events.

Social Media Marketing:

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engage with our community.

Create and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including event promotions, behind-the-scenes content, and product highlights.

Respond to messages and comments to build relationships and increase customer engagement.

Work with the team to generate ideas for promotional campaigns, giveaways, and collaborations with local influencers or businesses.

Store Support & Team Leadership:

Assist with in-store operations as needed, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Support team training and development to maintain high service and product standards.

Promote our rewards program and in-store marketing initiatives.

Help with inventory management, minimizing waste, and ensuring proper portion control.

Foster a positive, high-energy team culture that aligns with our core values.

Qualifications & Skills:

High-energy, outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people.

Passion for healthy nutrition and a lifestyle that aligns with our brand’s mission.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Experience in event planning, catering, or social media marketing preferred.

Food service management experience is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to off-site events.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and evenings for events.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
