What You'll Do:

Assist the Spa Manager in the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a smooth and efficient client flow.

Greet clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, creating a positive first impression.

Manage client appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries.

Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, ensuring a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.

Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.

Support the sales team by promoting spa services and products.

Resolve client issues and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Assist with marketing and social media efforts, showcasing the spa's services and brand.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative, drama-free work environment.

What You'll Need:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a med spa/spa environment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

A passion for the wellness industry and a commitment to providing exceptional client experiences.

Proficient in using computers and technology, including scheduling software and social media platforms.

Ability to work a variety of days and hours, including nights and weekends.

A positive and professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
