Responsibilities: As a key member of our management team, you will:Serve as a key holder, ensuring the restaurant opens and closes smoothly.Supervise floor operations during shifts, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.Lead by example, inspiring and motivating staff to perform at their best.Assist in training, coaching, and evaluating team members.Oversee inventory, monitor supplies, and help manage vendor relationships.Collaborate with the General Manager to improve all aspects of service.Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications: • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.A desire to grow within the company and take on increasing responsibilities. Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
