Responsibilities: As a key member of our management team, you will: • Serve as a key holder, ensuring the restaurant opens and closes smoothly. • Supervise floor operations during shifts, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. • Lead by example, inspiring and motivating staff to perform at their best. • Assist in training, coaching, and evaluating team members. • Oversee inventory, monitor supplies, and help manage vendor relationships. • Collaborate with the General Manager to improve all aspects of service. • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications: • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant or hospitality industry. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. • A desire to grow within the company and take on increasing responsibilities. Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
