As an Assistant Manager at Rudy's BBQ, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products, ensuring excellent guest hospitality and service, and supervising team members to uphold the Rudy’s brand. You will work closely with the management team to drive sales, manage costs, and ensure smooth operations, while fostering a positive and growth-oriented workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Teamwork: Practice servant leadership, collaborating with the management team to drive the brand forward. Lead by example, provide direction, and actively contribute to planning and project execution.
Operations: Supervise and train Rudy's team members, ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures, and standards during assigned shifts.
Guest Service: Ensure exceptional hospitality by leading with a servant’s heart and focusing on exceeding guest expectations.
Training & Development: Provide effective training, coaching, and feedback to team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Culture & Communication: Support and perpetuate Rudy’s culture through communication, team-building, and service-oriented leadership.
