    Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to take the next step in your career? Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at Tannahill Tavern & Music Hall! As the Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness, and implementing company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

    Responsibilities:

    · Assist the General Manager in daily operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

    · Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house team members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide outstanding service to guests.

    · Train new employees on proper restaurant procedures, food handling techniques, and service standards.

    · Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain appropriate inventory levels while controlling costs.

    · Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.

    · Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner, striving to resolve issues to guests’ satisfaction.

    · Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs effectively.

    · Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales and profit goals.

    Qualifications:

    · Proven 2 years minimum experience in a restaurant management role within a full-service establishment.

    · Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make quick decisions, and excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.

    · Knowledge of restaurant management software and proficiency in Microsoft applications.

    · Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.

    · Food Managers or Serve Safe Managers and TABC Certifications are required.

    · Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
