    We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our prestigious fine dining restaurant, Lonesome Dove. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the high standards of service and hospitality that define our establishment.

    Responsibilities:

    · Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to operational standards.

    · Ensure guests receive outstanding service and hospitality, handling guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

    · Supervise and train front-of-house staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards, maintain professionalism, and deliver exceptional customer service.

    · Support the General Manager in managing financial aspects of the restaurant, including monitoring costs, expenses, and revenue generation.

    · Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and overall presentation in compliance with health and safety regulations.

    · Assist in training and motivating staff to create a cohesive team environment focused on delivering excellence.

    Qualifications:

    · Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within a fine dining restaurant or upscale hospitality environment.

    · Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

    · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.

    · Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage, front-of-house procedures, and customer service best practices.

    · Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    · Food Managers or Serve Safe Managers and TABC Certifications are required.
