  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Lead consolidation of Beauty 360 Marketing strategies including but not limited to sales, visual merchandising, forecast/planning, media, PR, e-retail, events, and education.
    • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence and customer knowledge for the North American Beauty market. Main point of contact for Beauty & US Market.
    • Track retail sales performance, analyze business trends based on marketing calendars. Run monthly sell-out reports to review rank and share performance, deep dive into category to provide Global Marketing & local leadership with North America market data, product performance and recommendation to adapt.
    • Lead forecast process for new Beauty lines/products and monitor inventory of saleable & POSM products.
    • Manage updates & facilitation of marketing tools to all cross-functional teams including Beauty Allocation file, marketing calendar, launch material, PIMs Copy, etc.
    • Manage USA Beauty POSM budget, monitor Marketing expenses and work with purchasing to develop promotional sampling and collateral materials within targeted financial parameters.
    • Main beauty contact for VM team including CWRs, assortment files gondola, sample management, and copy and visual alignment with Sephora and HQ.
    • Manage Market Meeting preparation, presentation adaptation, & lead presentations to all Specialty accounts.
    • Manager retailer’s inquiries as a top priority to ensure LVMH Fragrance Brands is considered a “top of class vendor” and communicate with all retail groups to provide, product, creative assets and manage ad hoc requests.
    • Communicate regularly with HQ to outline market specific needs, provide feedback on launches including category analysis with North America needs (e.g., claims, name, formula, competition, trends, and gaps/opportunities in product portfolio)
    • QVC account management
    • Manage Marketing Intern & the individual’s development.

    RELEVANT SCOPE MEASURES

    Sales, profit, company headcount, budget responsibility, etc.

    • Achieve budgeted levels of retail / market share, invoiced sales and profitability
    • Achieve spending objectives as set forth in promotional and marketing areas
    • Timeliness, quality and creativity in development & execution of Beauty marketing activation plans
    • Relationship with key counterparts (Global teams, sales teams and internal Marketing functions, retailers)
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • At least 2-4 years in marketing
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interface with key executives in a professional manner.
    • Detail oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
    • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel
    • A team player with the ability to interact at all levels with internal and external partners.
    • Proactive and entrepreneurial, requiring little direction, takes responsibility.
    • Flexibility and self-starter work etiquette.
    • Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for key stakeholders

    Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

    Additional Information

    This role works Hybrid, in office Monday - Wednesday in NYC. Travel as needed. Hours must be flexible to suit business objectives.

    While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $80,000 - $90,000.
