  • Responsibilities

    We’re looking for a passionate, experienced, and highly organized individual with a love for fitness and driving sales to join our team and help our DC studio thrive. This role is a part-time, commissioned position, with potential for growth. Responsibilities: • Support the Studio Manager in day-to-day operational responsibilities to run the studio efficiently • Absorb responsibilities of the Studio Manager on days when the Studio Manager is not present • Assist in overseeing the sales process and systems within the studio • Responsible for driving and retaining daily membership sales and personally delivering performance metrics (KPIs) • Actively pursue enrollment of new members by establishing and maintaining leads from outside sources, tabling events, and outreach to local businesses • Generate prospects with area businesses for corporate accounts • Tour potential new members through the studios and sell memberships • Identifying cross-marketing sales opportunities • Contact prospects/leads to follow up or invite them to class • Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service • Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound Qualifications: • Sales driven with previous leadership experience • Minimum of two to three years of proven success in fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships, personal training, and retail • Strong interest in community investment (partnerships, events, etc) • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor • Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns • Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office programs, Google workspace • Ability to work a flexible schedule, evening Compensation: $41,000 - $47,000 yearly
