Our 20,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art flagship franchise location is seeking a dedicated, professional leader to help take the business to the next level.

    Compensation and Perks:

    $725-$825 per week base salary

    Job Requirements: ⦁ Management and/or leadership experience. ⦁ Sales experience. ⦁ Health club, retail and/or hospitality experience experience preferred. ⦁ A positive, upbeat attitude and personality. ⦁ Effective ability to communicate with members, guests, coworkers and managers. ⦁ The ability to multi-task. ⦁ Customer service oriented. ⦁ Punctual, responsible, reliable and trustworthy. ⦁ Attention to detail and organization skills. ⦁ Handling cash and other transactions at Point of Sale. ⦁ Inventory management. ⦁ Willingness to learn and work in a goal-oriented and structured environment.

    Sales:

    Lead follow-up. Calling, texting, and emailing leads within our platform (Club-OS).

    Setting and confirming appointments for prospect tours and conducting tours.

    Outside Prospecting: attending local events, setting up accounts in multi-unit buildings in the surrounding areas, and setting up corporate/business accounts.

    Selling memberships to prospects.

    Operations:

    Conduct club walk-throughs to ensure the club is always clean and in order per ownership and Retro Fitness standards.

    Resolving member issues (billing, customer service, etc.)

    Contacting delinquent accounts on weekly basis.

    Overseeing inventory:

    Conducting weekly inventory counts and report/resolve issues.

    Ordering janitorial supplies, smoothie products, cooler drinks, protein bars, and apparel as needed.

    Answering member emails and addressing requests or issues.

    Training and coaching employees.

    Assisting with equipment and facility maintenance issues as well as preventive maintenance.

    Taking ownership of the front desk and smoothie bar by maintaining a clean and organized area, ensuring supplies are available, and all is stocked accordingly.
