Responsibilities
Overseeing, planning, budgeting, goal setting, objective setting and development of multiple operational divisions – Cleaning & Production Technicians, Human Resources, Marketing staff, Office staff, Project Manager’s, and other staff as assigned
Auditing systems, estimates and project paperwork
Lead a team of managers and technicians as they respond to and manage restoration and construction projects
Ensure clear communication between owners, managers, team members, property owners and clients to achieve the highest efficiency and satisfaction possible
Ensure job processes and procedures are followed, including safety training and guidelines, which include job-site safety checks
Oversee and assist Human Resources with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing managers and staff as necessary
Thorough understanding of SERVPRO services, cleaning products and equipment used. (Training will be provided)

Requirements
High school diploma/GED; Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of management experience, restoration industry experience preferred
IICRC certifications – WRT and ASD, Master designation is a plus
Team building and tangible leadership skills

Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
Strong work ethic
Honest, trustworthy, accountable and mature
Strong oral and written communication skills
Valid driver's license
Willingness to work on-call shifts
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
Occasionally – Lifting objects up to 100lbs with assistance, driving
Constant – Working with your hands, walking, standing, sitting, climbing ladders, working at ceiling heights, working in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics), repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying of objects up to 50lbs, working with and around chemicals, working overhead
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time position working a minimum of 50 hours per week. This position frequently requires longer hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including evenings, some weekends and emergency call outs. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area travel is required depending on the location of jobs.
