What You’ll Do:
The Assistant Manager, Supply Chain will play a vital role in auditing and monitoring Amazon ordering processes, ensuring the accuracy of SKU details, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Regularly audit and monitor weekly Amazon orders, validating SKU details and coordinating with Amazon to resolve any discrepancies or corrections.
Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure that orders are processed and dropped correctly and in a timely manner, including managing VC uploads.
Work closely with Customer Success to understand and analyze the reasons behind order rejections, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Own the communication of weekly needs (e.g., NPLs, supply risks) with Amazon, ensuring timely follow-through on all action items.
Manage new product launch ordering processes, collaborating with Event, Brand, and Account teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in order execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or Quantitative field.
3-4 years experience in a relevant role in Supply Chain or Demand / Inventory Management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Experience with Data Analytics, PowerBI/Looker is a plus.
Prior internship or coursework in supply chain management or related field is a plus.
Knowledge of supply chain planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDA is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $73,150 to $109,200. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
