    POSITION OVERVIEW: At a glance, the Assistant Director will help support the director with all aspects and day to day functions at the gym.

    DUTIES

    Professionally present company programs and products to guests and prospects

    Implement a sales process to book appointments and generate membership sales. This includes conducting sales follow up calls, texts, emails, etc.

    Track and monitor club reports

    Monitor challenge programs and conduct weigh-ins

    Help lead nutritional seminars

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club

    Enforce The Camp policies and procedures

    Ensure all forms, administrative supplies and cleaning supplies of club are stocked and visible

    Schedule and participate in networking/community events and club promotions to drive leads and brand awareness

    Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the club

    Any other duties as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS:

    2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience

    CPR/AED certifiedConfident in generating personal sales and conducting sales follow-ups

    Ability to manage and drive our revenue streams: memberships, supplements, and challenges

    Complete administrative work consistently and accurately

    Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills

    Carry strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email

    Build positive relationships and rapport with members and staff

    Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

    Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.

    COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

    This position offers a very competitive base rate based on experience & performance

    Commission paid out on sales

    Potential growth within the company

    $ 22 - $30 an hour, plus commissions
