The Assistant Manager helps pave the way by exemplifying leadership!
REQUIRED: 1-3 years of leadership experience working in a spa
More specifically, our fabulous Assistant Manager:
Serves as Management and helps General Manager.
Weekends are required
Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks though the door
Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience
Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
Is the brand ambassador, overlooking the team. Helping with Scheduling, inventory and management duties.
Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guest's favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
Maintain a high level of positive and professional approach with employees, coworkers, and guests.
Set performance goals with General Manager that align with Woodhouse Spa.
Act as the first point of contact for all service providers.
Act as the first point of contact for guest service recovery for the spa when guest experience manager is off.
Review appointment book, events scheduled and communicate with the guest experience manager.
Drive team morale, be present and visible to guests and team members at all times.
Assign, train, mentor, and direct staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Maintain great communication between all employee's, staff and guests.
Assist manage all aspects of the booking/appointment system and solve issues that arise.
Interact with guests to obtain feedback on their experiences and improve service delivery.
Acknowledge special occasions, birthdays and provide correct amenities when applicable.
Maximize spa revenue and bookings by analyzing daily reports and maintaining documentation with general manager.
